Card for Beth

I found a blog... a digi scrap blog...Vicki's Blog   "A Work in Progress"  This lady designs the most beauuuuuutiful scrap kits, but those of you who know me know Im a technophobe when it comes to digo scrapping (AND I like touchy feely!! lol)  Anyway I  Had a card to make for the little girlnext door and I thought this kit "Lily's Garden" had just the right colours (Her favourites!) So...I resized a few of the papers and elements in word and this is what I came up with..

The backing paper is from Lilys Garden as is the frame and the inside of the frame (resized and printed on vellum and cut out).  The flowers are also from the same kits again resized and cut out.  The alpha is another of Vicki's kits "fizzy pop" printed on vellum and embossed slightly and glued onto a pale green border on vellum also slightly embossed.  the image is Sarah kay which I have coloured with my prismas.

Do take a look at Vicki's blog, you'll love it and she has the most gorgeous dogs too!  Thanks Vicki for allowing me to use the kit and I am starting on my next card using "Country Life".  Hope you like!!
