a few pics

Hi all

Some new piccies for you, some of my new craft studio (it is no longer a shed!) and some of my new pets JT and TJ. If you can guess why they are so named, then you are very clever indeed! They have just flown in from sunny Spain, and are pretty well acclimatised now, spending their time sitting on their perch canoodling!

A bit wary, having a good look round, look a bit nervous, but they'll soon settle in.

Seems to have heard a noise, maybe the soup dragon or the kettle??

Ahhhh, no then, thats what we like to do best, canoodling with each other....all together now...ahhhhhhhhh

A new broom sweeps the new craft studio. Just inside the door, the beginnings of a cupboard to store...goodies!!

On the other side of the workspace, custom built shelves for A4 and A5 paper.

The beginnings of another cupboard and more shelves for scrapbooking paper. Oh and the bit in the corner?? The hatch lifts off so I can store rolls of paper in there..clever huh??

Another workspace, where I can do my stamping etc. Mark has christened this my "messy" space (as in inky and glittery) It also means that I can have a friend over to play!!

More shelves, well, these are actually pull out trays for my stamps and inks! Storage underneath

This is the view as you walk in

This is the view as you walk out!!
Dontcha just LOVE IT!!
Is my husband not the bestest and most cleverest husband in the world EVER!!!
So...what do you think of it so far???

I guessed what TJ & JT stand for and they are lovely birds just like their maker.

You craft studio looks fabulous.

Have you thought about renting Mark out to make some extra cash to stock the craft studio?

Nest time I come to London I will have to come and visit you Mark and the studio.

It all looks wonderful; well done to Mark, he's a star of a hubby. I can see you on a wheelie chair spinning around your studio and having a great time.

Wow he is the best. It is lovely, I am jealous, very, very jealous. I do not even have enough space in the garden for one and then to convince the Hubby would take a lot of begging. Great job Mark it looks so professional. Wish I was closer so I could also come to play.

I agree with Carolyn rent him out as a dream craft room builder. We might even be able to get him on Create and Craft so sell promote it, even Stephanie and Joanna Sheen will jealous of this craftroom lol.

Not bad for £2.50 an hour with no tea breaks, no sarnies, no cookies,,, I have had to survive on bread crumbs thrown out for the birds and the dew from the grass. :o)))))))

Well loads of Brownie....sorry...Cub Scout points to you for what you are slaving over. Bossman, my personal slave, came into my craft room yesterday with my afternoon tea and cake, and said "this isn't a craft room, its a crap room; for god's sake at least clear me a path to your desk". I think I might need some shelves...

Totty,,, Never a truer word said than by a fellow bossman,,, If you slaves of the stove ( or so you women will have everyone believe ) :o)))))))) paid as much attention to tidyness as you do to arty crafty stuff......... OOOOOOps too much said,,, a saucepan has just launched from the kitchen,,, Ohhhhh I forgot we still had that cast iron pa............

I can see that you don't spend much time in the kitchen...My personal kitchen and body slave has his very own seasoned cast iron frying pans that I am forbidden to touch. I have to make do with crappy scratched Teflon coated tin ones when I make him an omelette.
